Is MAUDEX just a media bank?
No. A media bank stores files. MAUDEX presents them as a controlled brand world — editorial archive meets partner portal.
How fast can we launch a showroom?
Most brands can prepare a first showroom the same day by choosing a style, uploading assets and setting access.
Showroom access
Can the showroom be public?
Yes. It can be public, private, or public browse with login-required downloads.
Can partners browse without login?
Yes. You can allow open browsing and only gate downloads when needed.
Can downloads require login?
Yes. Download access can require login so you keep the showroom open while protecting files.
Can the showroom be private?
Yes. Private showrooms are available for invited partners, agents, press or internal teams.
Creator workflow
Can creators upload content?
Yes. Send private upload links and receive submissions into a branded creator inbox.
Can we approve content before it goes live?
Yes. Submissions can be reviewed, approved, requested for changes, rejected or published into a showroom folder.
Can we comment directly on images?
Yes. Image-level comments and feedback keep the review flow attached to the content.
Can we request changes?
Yes. You can request changes before content is approved for the public or partner showroom.
Assets and downloads
Can we organize assets into folders?
Yes. Structure assets into folders, collections, launch packs and campaign chapters.
Can we create launch packs?
Yes. Launch packs give partners a curated set of approved files for a campaign or release.
Can partners download images from mobile?
Yes. The showroom is mobile-friendly for browsing, sharing and downloading.
Can we control what is published?
Yes. Your team decides what is draft, approved and published.
Pricing and checkout
What is included in Free?
Free is for testing your first showroom structure and includes a limited public asset allowance. A card may be required for secure setup.
What is included in Growth?
Growth is for active brands publishing to partners, stores, press and agents.
What is included in Studio?
Studio is for larger teams and creator workflows, with more room for submissions and review.
Why does Free require a card?
It helps avoid unserious registrations and keeps the upgrade path secure through Stripe.
Can we upgrade later?
Yes. Start small and upgrade when your brand needs more capacity or workflow features.
Privacy and GDPR
Where is content stored?
MAUDEX is built for controlled brand content with secure access flows and privacy-conscious setup.
Can we remove content?
Yes. Content can be unpublished, archived or removed when it should no longer be visible.
How does MAUDEX handle privacy?
